A Tyler Re-paint, Gown and Stand

"There is Still Hope"

The Hope gown - worn by Arwen when she confronts her father over her choice of loves.

The gown is designed to fit a Tyler doll from Tonner, but will probably work with other similar sized fashion dolls. The dress is a lush dark burgundy velvet, her sleeves a light rose with a small white floral print and her boots are hand beaded cream suede. The banner is a blue ocean print intricately embroidered, her stand is hand-crafted wood with the 'floor' handpainted in a geometric design. The doll herself has been partially re-rooted and styled to give her the center part. She was given sculpted elf ears and has received a full facial make-over, all of her factory paint removed and artist quality acrylics and sealers used to transform her into Arwen.

Every effort has been made to make sure the recreation matches the original movie creations- the intricate embroidery on the banner, the geometric print of the floor, the drape of the cowl on the dress.... everything is as close as possible.

Her outfit is completely removable - the dress has a zipper in back, and her boots and cowl slip on.
