This is the refugee gown - worn by Eowyn for the trek to Helm's Deep in The Two Towers

The gown is designed to fit a Tyler doll from Tonner, but will probably work with other similar sized fashion dolls. The underdress is a pale blue cotton gauze. The sleeveless long tunic is a medium brown with lacing up the sides. Her coat is a dark brown with fur trim and bead faux buttons. Her boots are two-toned brown and beige leather.

The doll herself, originally a Tyler Casual Elegance, has been partially re-rooted and styled to give her the center part. She has received a full facial make-over, all of her factory paint removed and artist quality acrylics and sealers used to transform her into Eowyn
Every effort has been made to make sure the recreation matches the original - from the faux buttons on the coat to the lacing on the tunic - everything is as close as possible.

Although we never see her belt or scabbard in The Two Towers, I couldn't resist giving her the sword... and she needed a way to carry it! LOL - the sword itself was created by

otherwise known as my dear hubby! The sword is hand ground carbon steel with a walnut grip and brass pommel - the guard was fashioned from clay to give it the horse head detail.
THIS IS NOT A TOY!!
It IS fully sharpened and will cut!
Her belt and scabbard are dark brown leather with brass accents.

Her outfit is completely removable - Her tunic has hook and eye closures, her underdress and coat have hidden velcro closures, her boots lace up the front, her broach snaps into place and her belt buckles.
